IDLI RECIPE 




Idli proportion:
4 bowl rice ( chawal ) 
1 bowl udid dal
1/4 bowl Moong dal
1/2 teaspoon methi Dana
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 bowl cooked rice.( pake hoove chawal ) 

Cooked rice aur salt chodke baki Sab ingredients bhigoke rakhna hai at least for 6 hrs. 
Mai morning 9-10 baje ke bich bhigoti hu...aur fir sham me 7-8 baje grind karti hu....
grind karne ke time pe cooked rice and salt dalke grind karti hu.mai isko Dabbe Mai hi rakhti hu fermentation ke liye. Grinded mixture half dabbe tak hi rehana chahiye taki acchese ferment ho aur jyada ferment hotA hai to baher na gire...fir next day Morning Jitan mixture use krna hai utna Lele aur thoda salt milake useko acchese mix Kare...idli batter is ready....
