Recipe
Ingredients:-
1 medium sized onion ( piyas )
1 badi size tomato ( tamater ) ,
2,3 lahsun ki kali ,
1/4 inch adrak ,
1 tsp full salt ( namak ) ,
1/2 tsp turmeric ( haldi ) ,
3/4 tsp red chilli powder ( colour wali tez nahi )
1 tsp red chilli powder ( tez )
3/4 tsp cumin pow ( zira pow)
1/2 tsp coriander pow ( dhaniya pow )
1 cup paneer cubs ,
1/2 cup green peas ( mutter )
1/2 cup milk ,
1/2 or 3/4 cup water ,
1 tsp Butter and
2 tbsp oil .
METHOD —-
Pan me pehle 1 tbsp oil dal ker chopped onion dal ker achche se bhoone itna ke puri transprint ho jaye . Ab onion ko mixi jar me nikal le . Ab haldi , namak , dhaniya pow , zira Pow or namak dal ker phir achcha bhoone ab sath hi mutter or paneer dal ker halke hath se thoda mix Kerle phir doodh or 1/2 cup pani dal ker mix kere achche se . Ager zaroorat lage to bacha hoova pani use kere . Note :- aap gravy ko serve Kerte waqt thoda sa oil ya butter garam Kerke usme colour wali red chiili pow dal ker gravy ker baghar dal sakte hai isse texture or taste dono badhta hai .
