Akhi Masoor Dal with Chicken Stock
Ingredients
-1/2 cup dal ,15 minute bhiga le (soaked Red Lentils)
-1 badhi size piyas (onion)
-1 medium tamater (tomato)
-1/2 tsp adrak lahsun paste (ginger-garlic paste)
-2 tbsp oil ,
-1/2 tsp sabut zira (cumin seeds)
-1 cup fresh chicken stock ( chicken ke Kuch piece ko pani , bilkul thoda namak , pinch haldi , 1/4 tsp adrak lahsun ke paste ke sath boil kerle.Stock ready )
( chicken pc se sandwich banale 😊)
-namak as per taste ,
-1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
-1 tbsp Laal Mirch powder (chilli powder) or as per your taste
-1/2 tsp dhaniya pow (coriander powder)
1/4 tsp Kali Mirch (black pepper powder)
1/4 tsp garam masala ,
And pani .
Final baghar :-
-1 tbsp ghee
-2,3 Hari mirch (irch chiili )
-fresh kotimir thodi (coriander leaves)
Method :-
Cooker me oil dal ker garam hone per zira dale jaise khushbu aaye zire ki , chopped ki hoovi piyas dale or halki brown hone tak bhoone phir adrak lehsun ka paste dal ker kuch seconds bhoone , ab tamater dale or lid laga ker tamater soft hone tak cook kere .
Ab haldi , dhaniya pow or lal mirch pow dal ker achche bhoone ab washed , bhigayi hoovi dal dal ker isko bhi achcha bhoone ab chicken stock, or thoda pani sath dal ker namak add kere .. ( chicken stock me bhi thoda namak hai to khayal rakhe ) .
Ab cooker ka lid laga ker 4,5 sitti le medium flame per . Jab cooker khole thanda hone ke baad to dal naram hoovi honi chahiye phutni nahi chahiye .
Ab apni choice ke hissab se dal ki thikness set kere ( yani pani Ager add kerna hai or to add kerle ) or sath hi black pepper pow or garam masala dal ker achcha boil aane de dal Ko ..
Ab baghar me ghee ko garam Kerke foran usme Hari mirche chir ker dale or kotimir dal ker foran dal ker dalde .. dal ready
Ager bachche khane wale hai to baghar me Hari mirche avoid ya kam ziyada ker sakte hai ...
