Felafel recipe
INGREDIENTS :—-
1- 1 cup 7-8 hrs bhigaye hoove Kabuli chana(soaked garbanzo beans)
2- 1/2 cup fresh parsley ya 1/4 cup fresh kotimir (coriander or parsley)
3- 3,4 lehsun ki kali or ek medium size piyas (garlic and onion )
4- 1 tsp sabut zira (cumin seeds)
5- 1,2 hari mirch ( depend kitni tez hai ) (green chillies)
6- salt as per taste ,
7- 1/4 tsp Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
8- 1 to 2 tbsp water ,
9 - tsp besan (gram flour)
Note :- felafel ki authentic recipe me parsley use Hota hai ye Bilkul kotimir jaisa dikhta hai per taste me alag hota hai . Kiyu ki sab Jagha available nahi hai to kotimir use ker sakte hai ..
method:—
Mixer , ya chopper me pehle kotimir , Hari mirch , piyas , zira , black pepper , lehsun sab dal ker thoda grind kerle phir isme Kabuli chana ( isme pani nahi hona chahiye pehle hi pani drain Kerke chhani me rakhe to sara pani nikal jayega ) , salt , besan or 1 tbsp pani dal ker isko itna grind Kerna hai ke halke thoda dane ho or thoda halka paste ..
Ab oil garam Kerne rakhe , is me Pinch khane ka soda ( pinch hi dalna ) dalker achche se mix kere ab chhote chhote wade jaise shape bana ker medium flame per fry kere ..ek side thoda achche se fry ho tabhi palatna or dusri side thodi halki brown hone tak fry ho to phir turn ker Kerke fry kerna ... isse wada Ander tak achcha fry hota hai ...
Fry hone ke baad inko achche se oil drain Kerke isko sumac ( anaar dane ke crushed me dalte hai ) jo pink chilke hai isse ye Khatta mitha lagta hai . Nai hai to skip kero tasty wada ke maze lo 😋😃
Note 2 — iski authentic recipe me paprika ( ek qisam ki lal mirch Pow hoti hai ) wo bhi 1/2 tsp dalna hota hai .. per nai hai to skip ker sakte hai per Ager koi parsley use Kerre to wo paprika dale usse ye complete lagta hai .
