INGREDIENTS:—
—2 Aloo ( potato)
—2 tbsp sengdane( peanuts)
—1/2 tsp Sabut zeera( cumin seeds)
—3/4 tsp ya 1 tsp Hari mirch or kotimir paste( green chilli and fresh coriander paste)
—1/2 tsp haldi( turmeric)
—1 tsp namak (salt) or as per taste
—3 tbsp oil .
METHOD:—
-Aloo Ke chilke nikalkar usko great kare ( khirach le ) . Or pani me rakhe take aloo lal na hojaye .
- peanuts ko achi tarah bhoonakr uske chilke nikalkr dardara pise jaise khichadi ko karte waise hi...
-Ab ek pan me oil dale fir usme jeera add kare.. jaise hi inki khushboo aaye pisi hui hari mirch aur kotmir paste add kare Ab 1/2 tsp haldi pow ,namak add kare aur dardare pise huye peanuts dale aur jo aloo great kiye huye hai usko achi tarah nichodkr pan m dale aur mix karle aur continue hilate rahe aloo pakne k baad flame off kare .
🥔Aloo ko achi nichodkr dalna jaruri hai nahi to apki dish achi nahi banegi.
