DAHI KA MATTA

Dahi Ka Matta 


 


INGREDIENTS :- 

 -Quarter Ltr dahi ( curd )

 -1 Ltr water, 

 -salt as per taste 


for Matta masala-

-1/2 green chilli,

-3 Kali lehsan ki (cloves garlic)

-1/2 inch adrak (ginger) 

-thode se kotimir k patte  (coriand leaves)

-1 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder)

-1 teaspoon sugar 


Procedure :

1st grind all Masala in grinder then add curd and again grind it. Take out that and add water and mix well.its better if we use cold water.


Matta is ready.
