INGREDIENTS:—
Aata goondne ke liye -
—2 cup chapati ka aata ya maida(wheat flour or all purpose flour)
—2 tsp oil
—1/4 tsp namak ( salt )
-pani
Stuffing ke liye —
—2 tsp oil,
—2 small size piyas (onion)
—1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
—3/4 tsp namak or as per taste
—3/4 tsp lal mirch powder(red chilli powder)
—2 tbsp tomato ketchup
—1 tbsp soya sauce
—1 cup kheema ( chicken ya mutton kheema)
—2 tbsp fresh kati hoovi kotimir ( chopped coriander)
Or
— butter sekne ke liye
METHOD :—-
Sab se pahle maida ya gehu ka aata le, is me oil or salt daal kar thoda thoda Pani daal kar aata gundhenge . Or dhak ker side me rakh de ...
Ek pan me oil lenge us me onion barik chopped kar ke dalenge. Thoda sa saute karne ke baad is me haldi , namak , lal mirch ka pwdr , tomato sauce or soy sauce dal ker achche se mix Kerte jaiye...
Ab is me chicken ya mutton dono me se kisi ka kheema add karenge or achche se fast flame per continuous halate hoove pakayenge ... jab kheema achcha pak ker dry ho jaye tab kothimir cut kar ke add karenge.
