PANEER CABBAGE

PANEER CABBAGE RECIPE 


INGREDIENTS:  

— 2 cups lambai me kata hoova ful Gobi(cabbage)

— 1/4 cup mutter, ( Ager nai hai to skip ker sakte hai) 

— 1/2 cup paneer cubs, 

— 2,3 tbsp oil , 

— 1/2 tsp sabut zeera ( cumin seeds) 

— 1/4 tsp barik kata hoova adrak (fine chopped ginger ) 

—1 medium size lambai me kati hoovi piyas ( roughly sliced onion) 

—1/2 lambai me kata hoova tamater ( sliced tomato) 

—1/2 tsp dhaniya powder ( coriander powder) 

—3/4 tsp lal mirch powder(red chiili powder )

—namak ( salt) as per taste 

— 1/4 tsp haldi ( turmeric)

RECIPE:

Pan me 2,3 tbsp oil dal ker usme rai , zira dale Phir barik kata hoova adrak or 1 medium size roughly sliced onion dal ker thoda bhoone .  Ab 1/2 sliced tomato add kere thoda bhoone pura soft Nahi kerna hai tomato ko . 

Ab boiled green peas ( I used directly frozen one ) paneer cubs ( Ager aap fresh use Kerre Ho to Sab se pehle thoda shallow fry kerle paneer ko or normal water me rakhe , isse ye soft rehte hai ) 

Green peas or paneer add Kerke thoda bhoone or sath hi dhaniya pow thoda , red chili pow , salt or turmeric add kere flame fast rakhe or mix kere ab long sliced cuty hoovi cabbage dal ker thoda sa hi mix kere . ( pura mix Nahi kerna hai ) flame pura kam Kerde dum pe Phir lid lagaker 5,7 min pakne de flame off Kerde or thoda dhaniya patta dal ker mix Kerle.

A crunchy paneer cabbage is ready .
