POTATO PAKODA WITH CHICKEN STUFFING



INGREDIENTS:—

—3 Aloo( potatoes )

—1 cup barik  kata hoova Chicken

—2,3 tbsp Cornflour 

—2 tbsp Maida(All purpose flour) 

—1/2 tsp Kali Miri  powder (Black pepper)

—1 tsp Lal mirchi (red chilli powder) 

—3/4 tsp Adrak lehsun ka paste(Ginger garlic paste)

— 3 tbspChicken 65 masala

—1 and 1/2 tsp namak ( salt ) 

—oil frying ke liye . 


METHOD:- 

French fries ke liye jaise potatoes ko lambe lambe cut krte ussi tarah per thode patle cut  kare. 

Phir usmai cornflour, maida,1/2 tsp lal mirchi,black pepper, 3/4 salt , add krke or achche se  mix kare. Or side me rakh de thodi der dakh ker . 

Ab Chicken ke chote chote  pieces cut Kerke isme 65 masala , 3/4  salt , 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder, ginger garlic paste dalker  marinate krke rakhe. 

Patle or lambe kate potatoes ko ( jinko marinate Kerke rakhe the) usme se kuch hath me leker usmai  ek piece chicken ka rakhe (jaise parathe ki filling ko Kerte hai ) or ab us potatos Ko press Kerke balls ke shape mai (ladoo shape me) tayyar kare . 

Jab aap ye balls ready kar rahe hai oil garam Kerne rakhe , or in balls Ko deep fry kere ( medium to high flame per ) 

Bohot hi crispy or tasty snack ready hai ...
