STUFFED PAPAD CHEESY ROLLS




Stuffed papad cheesy rolls


Ingredients - 

-1&1/2 tbsp butter 

-1&1/2 tbsp maida (corn flour)

-2 cup dhoodh (milk)

-1 Gajar barik cut Kiya hua ( carrot)

-1 Shimla Mirch  baruk cut Ki hui ( capsicum ) 

-1 ubala hua bhutta (boiled corn )

-salt as per ur taste

-1/4 tsp chilli flakes

-1/4 tsp Kali Mirch powder ( black pepper )

-8 lajjat papad 

-1/2 cup grated cheese


Procedure - 

Ek Jada  pan ya kadhayi le , usme sbse pehle butter dale aur butter melt hote hi usme maida daal Kar bhune . AB thoda thoda krk doodh mix kare , mix krte wakt lagatar spoon se hilate rahe  take usme lumps na bane . Ab hme isme chilli flakes, namak , black pepper aur grated cheese dalkr mix krne bad Jo b veggies (capsicum, carrot , corn) hai  wo dale aur 2 mins pakne k liye rakhde.

Pakne baad ye stuffing ko ache se thanda hone de , dhiyaan rakhe ke ye stuffing thik honi chahiye ...


Papad le aur usko Kuch Seconds  k liye Pani me soak (bhigne k liye) rakhde . 

Soaked papad le uspr jo hmne stuffing banayi h wo spoon k help se papad k upr rakh k rolls banane le (spring roll Jaise banate h waise hi papad ko fold krk roll banaye ). Papad agar bht patla h aur agar aisa lgta h stiffins bahar aaskti h tb ek papad Ka roll Banane baad has roll ko dusre papad me roll Karle . Ab roll kiye hue papad ko deep fry kare .
