Ingredients -

- 1/4 cup oil 

-1 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds) 

-3 pyaz ( onion )

-2 tbsp Adrak-lehsun paste ( ginger garlic paste)

-2 tbsp Laal Mirch ki paste ( red chilly paste ) OR 4 akkhe red Mirch ( whole red chillies )

-1/4 tbsp haldi (turmeric powder)

-2 tbsp kaju paste 

-4  tamatar ( tomatoes)

-1 tsp laal Mirch powder 

-1/4 tbsp jeera powder ( cumin powder)

-1 tbsp dhaniya Powder ( coriander powder)

-3 tbsp dahi ( curd) 

-1/2 cup Shimla Mirch ( capsicum)

-1/2 cup patta Gobi ( cauiflower )

-1/2 cup Gajar (carrot)

-1/2 cup hara watana ( green peas)

-1 cup paneer 

-1/4 cup gevda (french beans )

-1tbsp Garam masala 

- coriander

-1 tbsp kasturi methi 


Procedure- 

Ek kadhayi me Tel ko garam kare , garam Tel me zeera , pyaz dalkr bhunkar le . Pyaz Gulabi hote hi usme Adrak-lehsun paste dalkr bhun le fir usme red chilli paste ya red chilli daale . Tel alag hone lagega thodi Der me TB usme namak aur tomato paste dalkr mix kare . Ab isme haldi , kaju ki paste , red chilli powder , zeera powder dalkr mix kare . fir 500ml garam Pani lekr ye banaye hue mixture me add Kar aur 10-15 mins pakne k liye rakhde . 

Ab dahi daalkr 5 mins pakne de fir usme Jo Baki k veggies h wo add kare aur use 5 mins pakne k liye rakhde . Veggies pakne baad usme kasturi methi aur garam masala daalkr hilaye ache se . Kotimir se garnishing kare . 


Koyle se smoke dene k liye 

Ek choti si pyali me ache se garam Kiya hua kaoyla rakhe aur uspe ghee , jeera powder dale aur use hmne Jo kadhayi me banaye h usk bich rakhde .
