Caramel bread pudding
Ingredients -
1 cup sugar
1 eggs
6-8 slices of bread
Flavour k liye Vanilla essence ya ilaychi powder (cardamom powder)
1 glass milk
5-6 tbs sugar ..

Procedure -
Caramel banane k liye ek pan me 5-6 chamach shakkar dale aur low flame pr continue hilate hue usko melt krna h .. halka brown clr aate hi gas off krdo .. gas ekdm low hi rakhe aur zyada brown b mat hone de Nahi to kadwa taste aayega..
Jaise hi halka brown clr aajata h tbhi ek bartan jisme aapko pudding banana h wo le usko halka butter se grease kare aur caramel ko melt hote hi fauran bartan me transfer kare ..
Ab mixer k bada wala bartan le usme shakkar , anda, dhoodh aur bread k tukde krk sbko ache se mixer me grind krk nikale ..
Ab Jo bowl me hmne caramel dale the usme ye mixture ko transfer Karo ..
Steam cook krna h .. to isk liye ek bada wali kadhayi ya koi b bartan le usme Pani ublne rakhe dhank kf .. Pani utna hi add kro jitna k bartan ko touch ho .. zyada Pani add nhi krna h .. ubal aane bad usme pyali ya dish ko Rakh k uspr bowl rakhe jisme hmra pudding Ka mixture h .. wo bowl ko Kisi bartan se ya silver ppr se dhankna h .. aur kadhayi ko b uprse dhank k rakhe ..
30-40 mins hone bad hi check kare .. knife se Jaise cake ko krte h
Pudding tayyar hone bad usko thoda thanda hone de km se km 1 hr fridge me rakhe ..
JB pudding ko bowl se nikalege TB bowl ko Ulta krk nikalne h .. Usk niche side Jo Caramel h wo Pura pudding pr aajayega ..
Taste best when served cool ..
