Phirni
*INGREDIENTS*
▪️1 lit. Milk
▪️Rice 2 tb sp.
▪️vanilla flavoured custurd powder.
▪️sugar - 1cup( apke hisab se bhi dal sakte hai jitna meetha khate hain.)
▪️kaju or pista barik kata hua.
▪️Ilaichi powder ya vanilla/kewada /rose me se koi bhi essence.
☸️ *Method*
▪️ Pehle rice ko dho kar ache se sukha kar lena hai (dhoop me nahi sirf fan ki hawa me sukha lena hai or isko grinder me barik pis lena hai.)bohot zyada barik bhi na ho or bohot dardara bhi na ho. Medium hona chaiye.
▪️milk ko ek ubal aane ke bad low flame par chalate hue pakana hai.
▪️Ek bowl me thanda milk le, usme rice powder, custurd pow-2 tb. sp. Mix karna hai. Jesa ham custurd ke liye slurry banate wesa.
▪️Ab ye slurry milk me add karna hai. Or saath hi shakar bhi dalna hai.
Note: dalte waqt ise chlatae rehna hai. Or low flame par continue chalate rehna hai 20-25 minute,Take ganth na bane Or niche se bartan ko na chipke.
▪️ab isme jo bhi flavour chaiye wo daal de(ilaichi pow/ ya koi essence) Or Kesar dale to iska taste or badh jata hai.
▪️Ab ye thick ho jayegi. Flame off kare.
▪️Ise thanda hone ke bad uper se dry fruits se garnish karke parose.
Note : Ager mitti ke chote pot hai to isme daal kar thanda hone de ye or mazedar lagegi.
