Ham regular jese sabzi ke liye onion n tomato se bagharte wesa baghar lena hai. Onion ko zyada lal nahi karna thodi kachi rakhna hai pohe ko karte usse thoda or paki to chalega.
Ab usme haldi, or laal mirch powder ya ghar ki mirchi dalna. Farsan ya sev tikha hai to kam dalo. Ya apne hisaab se. Namak hota hai to thoda sa namak lagta hai.
Or foran sev/farsan usme dalna hai. (Bohot barik wala sev nahi dalna mote wale hi dalo) ab sab mix karo or uper se thoda sa hateli me paani leke sprinkle karo uspe kam hai to ek bar zyada hai to 2 bar, or tabhi thodi fresh n chopped kotmir bhi dal kar mix karo. 1 min sim pe dhak kar rakho.. Ready. Dhakan nikal k thoda lemon juice sprinkle kar k mix karo halke se. Isse taste or acha aata hai. Or banate hi serve karna warna zyada naram ho jayega. 10 minute me ban jati ye dish easy n tastey
