INGREDIENTS
— 1 cup sliced cabbage,
— 3/4 cup paneer cubs (Indian cottage cheese),
— half onion (sliced),
— 3,4 green chillies( cut into 1/2)
—2,3 dried red chillies ,
— 1/4 tsp cumin seeds,
— 5,6 garlic pods ( finally chopped),
— salt ( as per taste)
— 1 tbsp oyester sauce ( if you don’t have use 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce or fish sauce)
(Ager apke pass oyester sauce Nahi hai to 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce ya fish sauce dal sakte hai )
— 6,7 fresh curry leaves ( kadhi patta) optional,
— 1/2 tsp vegetable masala pow and
— 2 tbsp oil...
METHOD:-
-In hot wok or deep sauté pan add oil and garlic. Sauté till garlic turns light brown, immediately off the flame 🔥 and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, red chillies and sliced onion, sauté for 1 second, switch on the flame on high ... sauté well for 1 minute, add paneer cubes and sauté ( here the paneer is slightly gets crushed don’t worry 😉 we want that texture)
-Add salt , and cabbage, sauté,sauté,sauté,( make sure the cabbage’s crunch is there !!imp!!)
-Add oyster sauce and vegetable masala pow now and sauté for some last seconds and TADA easy yummy, stir fry cabbage paneer is ready 😋...
-serve hot as side dish or with indochinese dishes 😉
