CARAMEL EGG PUDDING RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 marrie or parle-g biscuits
2 drops vanilla essence
Half cup sugar
METHOD:.
Sugar chodale sare ingredients ko acchese 5-6 minutes grind karle. Usme 1/4 cup sugar dalke sugar pigalnetak grind kare.
Fir ek alluminium ke bartan mai 1/4 cup sugar ko gas pe rakh ke melt karle. Thodi sugar thandi honeke bad usme grind kiya hua mixture dale.
Cooker mai 2 cups jitna pani dalke uspe ring rakhke uske upar ye alluminium ka bartan rakhde.cooker ko bina whistle ke dhakkan lagake rakho.
15 mins high flame pe and 15 min low flame pe rakhke cook honedo. Fir normal temperature pe aaneke baad usko freeze mai thanda honeke liye rakhdo.
