Is dish mai 4 cheeze ready ki hui hai.1: chicken roulade. 2: chicken& vegetables stock.3:saute vegetables.4: white sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN ROULADE:


2 midium chicken breasts,

2 tsp Chicken tikka masala,

1/2 tsp gg paste,

1 tsp yogart,

1tsp oil for chicken marination.

1tbsp fine chopped spinach (palak),

1/2 midium fine chopped onion,

1tbsp chopped red capsicum,

1tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1tsp lemon juice,

2tsp olive oil,

Salt as per taste,

Black pepper powder as per taste for stuffing.

1potato cut in midium pic,

2 carrots.

(Potato aur carrots ko thoda sa oil laga Kar salt aur black pepper powder sprinkle kare)

CHICKEN ROULADE METHOD:


Chicken breast ko wash Karke dry kare. chicken ko cling wrap me bich me rakh Kar upar bhi cling wrap kare.fir rolling pin se chicken ko flate kare. Aur cling wrap nikal de. Chicken me kahi se bhi whole nahi hona chahiye. ab tikka masala,gg paste, yogart,aur oil ko mix kare aur chicken ko dono side pe laga Kar 10/15 min marinate hone rakhe. 

Ab stuffing ke sabhi ingredients ko mix kare.marinated chicken ko flate rakh kar bich me stuffing ko ek line me rakhe.ab chicken ko acche se roll kare.stuffing bahir nahi aana chahiye. 

Ab roll kiye chicken ko acche se aluminium foil pe rakhe aur dono side se bhi foil ko wrap kare.yani toffee ko jaise 🍬 dono side se band Kiya Hota hai same waise hi Karna hai.

Hum ise oven me bana sakte hai.

Maine yaha airfryer use ki hai.

airfryer ko180 pe 4 min preheat Kare.chicken roulade aur potato ko is me 180 pe 5min rakhe bad me check kare. Ab yaha hame carrot ko bhi add Karke dubara 4 min ke liye rakhe.ab chicken roulade se aluminium foil nikal le aur use brown colour dene ke liye roulade per brush se oil laga Kar 200 pe 3 min ke liye rakhe.potato aur carrot ko bhi sath me hi rakhe.ab sabhi side se roulade ka brown colour hona chahiye agar na ho to aur 2 min rakhe. potato aur carrot crunchy na ho to roulade ko Nikal le aur veg ko aur 2 ya 3 min ke liye rakhe. Ab yummy chicken roulade aur crunchy veg ready hai.

SAUTE VEGETABLES:


Thoda butter,

Thodi sliced red capsicum,

Thodi sliced yellow capsicum,

Thode sliced kiye hue carrot,

Salt & black pepper powder as per taste


Ek pan me thoda sa butter garam kare aur pehle hume Carrot dalna hai use thoda saute kare.baad me dono calcium ko dal Kar full flame pe saute kare.aur salt pepper dale.vegetabels ko hame soft nahi karna hai aur nikal le.hamare saute kiye hue vegetables ready hai.

CHICKEN & VEGETABLES STOCK:


5/6 small chicken pcs,

3/4 palak ke patte,

3/4 sliced onion ya pcs

3 cup water


Ek sauce pan me sabhi cheezo ko dale aur stock banne ke liye rakhe Jab Pani 1 cup se thoda Kam rahe tab gas bandh kare aur strain kar ke side me rakhe.

WHITE SAUCE:


2tbsp butter,

1tbsp maida,

1lemon zest,

1/2 tsp lemon juice

Chicken & vegetables stock,

Thoda garlic pow,

Thoda ginger pow,

Salt and black pepper as per taste.


Pan me butter dale aur maida dal kar slow flame pe acche se paka le bad me gg powder dale aur stock dal de. Ab salt, pepper powder,lemon juice aur lemon zest dale use spoon se hilate rahe gatte na bane uska dhyan rake. Sause ko bahot patla na rakhe.2 min me gas ki flame bandh Kar de.ab white sauce ready hai.
