CHICKEN GALETTE

 (Without oven)


INGREDIENTS:

For Maida dough:

200g- maida

1/2tsp- salt

1/2 cup- unsalted butter

5tbsp- ice water

METHOD:

Maide me salt aur butter acche se mix karle. Isme thanda pani(ice water) dalkar acche se dough banale yani Atta goond le. Atta na zyada tight na hi zyada dhila. Ab dough ko 4 pieces me cut karke plastic me wrap Karen aur refrigerator me 30minutes ke liye rakh de.

FILLING INGREDIENTS:

200g- chicken

-Dahi salt, red chili powder aur chicken masala in sab ko add karke chicken ko marinate hone rakh de

2 onion-sliced

1tsp: Ginger garlic paste

1/2tsp: Dry Thyme

3tbsp- oil

Vegetables- cabbage and capsicum (optional)

1tbsp- soy sauce

1tbsp- Tomato ketchup 

1cup- chees - grated 

Salt aur  kali mirch (Black pepper) powder 

1 egg- beaten 

Kalonji

Round rings- Tomato and onion (optional)

METHOD:

Ek pan me oil le isme onion aur ginger garlic paste dalkar medium high gas per 5minute soft hone tak pakai. Iske baad marinated chicken ko dalde aur chicken ka pani nikalne tak hilate hoi pakai. Isme soya sauce, Tomato ketchup , thyme, cabbage, capsicum, Black pepper powder, salt and red chilli powder ( jitna ke taste ke liye chahiye kyunki marinated chicken me bhi dala gaya tha) pakai. Vegetables soft hogai ho to gas ko band karke filling ko thanda hone rakh de.

Ab fridge me rakhe hoi atte ke balls ko nikale aur ek ek karke sukha atta lagakar bel le. Yaad rahe chapati na zyada moti ho na hi patli kyun ke hume abhi ise bake bhi karna hai. Ab chapati per chees Dale aur filling ko beech me bhar de iske ooper bhi thoda sa chees aur onion Tomato ke rings  dalkar is tarah lapete jaise photo me dikhai de raha hai atte ke ooper beaten egg brush kare aur usper kalonji dalde.

Ab ek cooker me namak dalkar pre-heat ke liye rakh de iske ooper ek chota sa stand rakhde iske ooper ek choti plate me butter paper rakh ker uske ooper Galette rakhe aur bake kare . Bake karne ke liye 30-40 minute lagte hai. Iske baad yummy chicken Galette ready hai.
