Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
6eggs
3gg paste
3tbsp
black pepper pwdr
salt
bread crumbs 1cup
maida1 cup
cornflour 2tbsp
oil for frying...
For Marination:
1chicken breast ko 3 slice me patle patle cut krna h us k baad us me 3g paste or black pepper pwdr n salt daal kr km se km 30 minutes marinate krenge.
For Batter:
4eggs ko achchi tarah se mix krenge us me maida,corflour or salt daal kr achchi tarah milayege.

sb se pehle oil garam hone pan me rkh denge.us k baad chicken breast ko alag se coating krne k liye ek plate me maida or dusri me bread crumbs or teesre plate me 2 bache hue eggs ko salt k sath phent kr rkh le.ab chicken breast ko pehle maide me dip krenge us k baad eggs me dip krenge phir us k baad bread crumbs me coat kr k fry krenge ab saare chicken breast ko isi tarah se fry kr k rkh lenge us k baad Jo batter bnaya hua h us me apne fingertips ko achche se doba denge or frying pan me hath ko seedhe uper niche krte hue patle se jaali bna denge ab us jaali k ek Kone pr cutlet ko rkh kr us ko fold krte jayenge or achcha brown clr aane tk fry krenge.cutlet ready h.ab is ko kisi bhi dip k sath serve krenge.
