INGREDIENTS:

* chikan rejaala banaane ki method:

1. sabase pahale chikan ko 2 tablespoon adarak lahasun pest, 200 graam dahee, 1 tablespoon kaalee mirch powder, pyaaj ka pest, namak aur 2 tablespoon  tel ke saath maireenet karen. ise achchhee tarah milaaya. atleast 1 ghante ke lie.
