( crust ring, chocolate fudge with hazelnut mousse based with strawberry jam drops , almond and crumbles tart) 



*CRUST

Butter -12 spn

Salt - pinch

Sugar pow- 8spn

Almond meal - 3spn

Egg - 1/2 

Maida - 21 spn

Vanila extract - 3 drop

 

Method - 

 food processor me butter ,  salt , sugar pow , almond meal , egg and mix  kro. Ab maida and vanilla extract add krk mix kare aur cover krk  1 hr fridge me.set hone rakhe .Ab  I katori ko grease kare Tel se ki roll kark size k hisab se cut kare aur katori ki upper wali side ko cover krk overnight fridge me.set hone rakhe aur next day bake kare 180 ° c pr 10;12 mins . ring is ready


*CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Sugar - 2cup

Coco pow-1/2 cup

Milk - 1 cup

Butter- 4spn

Vanila exactly - 1 drop


*Method 

Pan me sugar , Coco powder dale , mix kare aur fir usme doodh dalkr ache se Pakne de jbtk wo thick n hojaye . Ab flame off kare aur usme butter vanila dale mix kare 

Ab Jo hmne fish grease ki h usme ye mixture transfer kare aur overnight fridge me rakhe next day fudge ready h .


*HAZELNUT MOUSSE

2 cup - milk

11/3cup - white chocolate

4 spn-Hazelnut paste

2cup- heavy cream (hot) 

2cup- heavy cream (cold) 

1 spn - geletin

11/2 cup- praline


*METHOD

Pan me doodh , chocolate dalkr boil hone de fir usme heavy cream add kare aur Pakne de aur ab bloomed gelatin dalkr mix kare aur thanda hone rakhe . Thanda hojane baad heavy cream add krk fridge me overnight rakhe . Next day fridge se nikalne baad 10 mins fete aur firse fridge me set hone rakhe.


Assemble all the varients and dish is ready
