UDIT DAL KE BHAJIYE






 UDIT DAL KE BHAJIYE (meri Ammi ki recipe) 

Ingredients :- 

-1/2 cup Udit dal 

-3,4 green chillies ( Hari mirchi) 

-1/2 inch ginger ( adrak Ka tukda) 

-1/2 chopped onion ( barik kati piyas) 

-2 tsp chopped coriander ( barik kati kotimir) 

-salt ( namak ) 

-oil for frying..... 


                            

 

Step 1 
Udit dal ko 2 ghante bhigaye .
ab pani nikal ker mixer me dale or Hari mirch or  adrak dal ker sath fine Pis le . 
Shift kere ek bowl me Or 1 ghanta side me rakh le ..

                                            Step 2 

Ab jab fry kerna shuru kerne wale hai tab , roughly chopped piyas, kotimir , or namak dal ker achche se mix kere .

  

                                         Step 3 

Fry kere same jaise medu wade Kerte hai .   Ye bhajiye bohat achche lagte hai aap isko green chatni , tomato ketchup se Khao ya sirf aise hi ( hum to aise hi khate hai iska apna maza hai 😋)
