INGREDIENTS:-
Ingredients—
- 4,5 chhote size Ke baigan ( small sized brinjal),
- 1 medium size piyas ( onion),
- 1 medium sized tamater (tomato),
- 2 tbsp kachcha nariyal ( fresh coconut),
- 2 Hari mirch ( green chilli),
- 2 tsp fresh kotimir ( coriander)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala,
-3/4 salt or as per taste,
- 1/4 tsp haldi( turmeric),
- 3 tbsp oil ....
METHOD:-
- Baigan ko Wash ker ke uske skin pe thode se cut lagai taa ke bhanp(steam)jaa saake.
- pyaaz our tamater ko oil me fry kar ke uska paste banai.
-bade bartaan me (zyaada chaudhai wale bartaan) me pehle oil heat kare fir pyaaz, tamater ka paste daale, ab nariyal (coconut) our lahson (garlic ) add kare .
-namak ,mirchi, garam masala add kare, ab isme baigan seedhe (straight) rakhe , our plate cover kare.
-ab isse low flame per cook kare,flame ko zyaada high nahi kare,jab pak jai iske akkah hi serve kare masale k saath.
-kadak jawaari ki roti k saath serve kare.
