Forthy Grilled chicken
Ingredients -
-1/4 kg chicken breast pieces
-1tbsp adrak-lehsun paste(Ginger garlic paste)
-1/2 cup dahi (curd)
-Tandoori masala
-1tbsp Lal Mirch (red chilli powder)
-Salt as per taste
-1 egg
-thodi si Kali Mirch powder (black pepper powder)
-thode se kotimir k patte (coriander leaves)
Method-
Chicken breast pieces le uspr adrak lehsan ki paste ,dahi , tandoori masala, laal Mirch ,namak mix kark 45 mins marination k liye rakhde .
45 mins bad grilling pan pr chicken ko medium flame pr grill krna hai . Agar grilling pan Nahi h tb chicken ko oven me 270°C pr 15-20 mins k liye rkhna h .
For making froth -
1 anda le usko phodne baad usme se jo safed hissa (white part ) aur pila hissa (yello part )h usko alag alag bartan me nikale .Ab Jo safed hissa h Ande Ka usme namak Dal Ka beater k madat se foam aane tk beat Kare . Ek pan me thoda oil dale aur Jo beat Kiya hua Ande Ka safed hissa h wo pan par dale aur Kuch mins k liye usko pakaye .
Ab chicken le dish me aur uspe ye Ande Ka froth uspr garam h tbhi takhe . Garnishing k liye kotimir aur Kali Mirch powder dale .
