 ENCHILADAS

This Mexican dish is an absolute delight. Juicy, flavorful and appetizing. As soon as you take a bite, you first taste the savory mozzarella on top, followed by the creaminess of the tortilla filling.


INGREDIENTS

▪ ENCHILADAS ke chatani 

▪7 tortilas

▪spicy chicken filling

▪50 graam butter

▪500 graam boneless chicken

•1 pyaaj

•1 shimala mirch

▪1 chammach adarak aur lahasun ka paste

▪ 1 chammach zeera powder

▪ baareek katee huee haree mirch

•oregano

▪ Black pepar

▪sweet corn

▪chedar cheez

▪ mozzarella cheez


*  masaaledaar chicken filling: *

chicken ko chhote cube me kaaten. pan garam karen aur makkhan daalen ... ek baar makkhan pighalane par chicken, lahasun aur adarak ka pest daalen ... baareek katee haree mirch dale. saute jab tak kachchee mahak nahin jaatee hai aur chixken se paanee sukha nahi ho jaata hai tab namak, shimala mirch, 1/2 cup sweet corn aur zeera paudar milaen ... saute kare .. ek baar sab kuchh hone ke baad aanch band kar den. ise jyada nahi pakaen kyonki ham ise  bake bhi karane ja rahe hain.


* tortila *   

tortila patalee  rotee hai. yah yahaan dukaanon mein aasaanee se available hai lekin mainne ise gharpe banayi hu.

sare ingredients milake dough banale. ek ghante ke lie alag rakh den. chhote hisse karen aur rolar pin kee madad se unhen ek-ek karake rol karen aur dono taraph se ek pan mein sekh le.


Enchiladas sause Ingredients:

▪2 bade chammach jaitoon ka tel

flour2 bade chammach maida

▪1 / 4 chammach ajavaayan

▪1 chammach zeera paudar

▪2 bade chammach tamaatar ka pest

▪1 bada chammach laal mirch paudar

▪1 / 2 chammach namak

▪1 bada chammach cream cheez

•1 cup pani


 ek katore mein sabhee sookhee ingredients milaen.

ek sauce pan le, ise garm karen aur jaitoon ka tel daalen. ek katora len, sabhee sookhee ingredients daalen aur paanee daalen. whisk kare taaki koee gaanth na rahe,aur ise pan mein daalen tab cream cheez daalen. hilaate rahen taaki gaanth na rahe aur saaree kachchee mahak nikal jae ... jaroorat ho to pani daalen. aanch ko band kar den. aapakee chatani taiyaar hai!


METHOD:

ek plate mein .. totila rakhe ... us par enchiladas sauce phailaen aur phir masaaledaar chikan rakhe. tortila ko rol karen aur baki tortila ke lie bhee aisa hee doharaen aur plate mein store karen..isake baad bacha hua enchilaada sauce daalen, ispe bacha hua cheddar  aur mozzarella cheese ke  daalen. kuchh taazee pisee huee kaalee mirch daalen ... thoda ajavaayan daalen ... pre heat kare ovan ko 180 ° pe. enachilaada ko  paneer pighal jane tak 10 minute ke lie bake kare.
